Yes we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist. Same-day appointments are occasionally available, check availability online or give us a call. Walk-ins are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you don't mind getting massage oil on. We provide robes and towels for most treatments. For facials, avoid heavy makeup if possible. Our therapists will guide you on what to wear for your specific treatment.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to relax before your appointment. This helps us start your treatment on time and ensures you get the full benefit of your session.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged in full.

Most clients feel immediate relaxation and stress relief after their first massage or facial. For skincare treatments, visible results typically appear within 1-2 weeks with consistent care. For injectables like Botox, full results develop over 2 weeks.
